- frozen citrus blend juice concentrate such as five alive, thawed
- 2 c
- chilled club soda
- 1 bottle
- chilled champagne
- 3 c
- ice, plus additional for serving
1Place rosemary sprigs and juice concentrate into a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 7-9 minutes uncovered (you want this mixture to simmer). Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave.
2Strain the juice mixture into a family-size pitcher. Slowly add club soda and champagne to avoid overflow. Carefully add ice. Serve over additional ice in pretty glasses.
