Ingredients

4 qt
cut rhubarb, about 1-inch in length, washed and leave on skin
4 qt
boiling water

LET ATAND FOR 4 DAUS. STRAIN. ADD:

3 1/2 lb
sugar
1 lb
raisins
6 slice
unpeeled orange

Step-By-Step

1Stir once a day for 9 days, bottle. Do not seal. When it stops working bottle and seal again. Makes about 8 quarts.
