I tried these out and they were a huge hit! My only warning is that if you have people that want a completely smooth texture this is not for them. The pudding has shredded coconut in it already.

Ingredients For pineapple coconut cream pudding shots

2 boxmeijer brand coconut cream instant pudding (so far they are the only ones to make it)

2 ccold milk
-
1large tub of cool whip or other whipped topping thawed

2 cpineapple vodka
- OPTIONAL

1small can crushed pineapple drained
How To Make pineapple coconut cream pudding shots

1mix milk, vodka and pudding mix together until blended.

2add in the cool whip and whisk until smooth

3add crushed pineapple

4pour into 1 or 2 oz souffle cups with lids on them

5chill until set
