1/4 c granulated sugar
3/4 oz tuaca liqueur
3/4 oz kahlua liqueur
1 c vanilla ice cream
1 c ice
whipped topping
cocoa powder

Espresso Syrup: Mix espresso with sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Cool syrup.
To make the drink: Combine 1/2-ounce of espresso syrup in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass with whipped topping on top. Using a small stainer sprinkle cocoa on top.

My lovely little English Mum (91 yrs old) is flying over from London to have Christmas with us. She drinks but once a year and it just happens to be Kahlua. Her Favorite desert Tiramisu! Yes, I'll make this for her Christmas Eve...thank you! PINCHED!!!
