I couldn't resist this one, with coconut rum and pineapple juice. It sounds too delicious to pass up.

Ingredients

1 oz
midori melon liqueur
1 oz
coconut rum
3 oz
pineapple juice
1 oz
cream
1
maraschino cherry, for garnish
1
pineapple slice or pineapple wedge, for garnish
ice cubes

Step-By-Step

1Place ice cubes in a highball or tall tumbler. Add the midori, coconut rum and pineapple juice. Gently stir from the bottom of the glass.
2Slowly layer the cream on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry, and serve with a straw.
