How To Make margarita jell-o jigglers shots

  LIME SUGAR: Place sugar & zest of a lime into a small food processor or blender. Process for about 10 pulses, or until zest in very fine.

  JIGGLERS: In a medium bowl, add tequila, grand marnier & juices. Sprinkle gelatin over top. Heat water in microwave until boiling, add sugar & whisk together. Pour hot sugar water (simple syrup) into tequila/grand marnier mixture & add a pinch of salt.

  Whisk the mixture until gelatin & sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. If gelatin is not dissolving, heat for 30 seconds in microwave.

  Spray 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into prepared baking dish & chill at least 3 - 4 hours.

  Remove from refrigerator & cut into squares. Place on platter & garnish with lime sugar.

  TIP: You can also use a 9 x 6" baking dish to make taller shots.
