This drink has everything...sweet blackberries, spicy jalapeno, smooth herbal gin. It's patterned after a classic English drink made with blackberries and gin and once you try it, you'll be hooked. You can make this drink with a mixture of ripe dark berries instead. Use a dash of berry liqueur if you really like a sweeter drink. I'm a vodka lover, so I make mine with vodka.Source: Unknown

Ingredients For kiss of jalapeño berry bramble

1/2 cup blackberries

2 tbsp. sugar

juice of 1 lemon

1 jalapeno, cut in half and seeded

1 1/2 oz. gin
How To Make kiss of jalapeño berry bramble

1Put the berries in small bowl and sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. Tuck the jalapeno into the mixture and let stand for 20 minutes. Remove jalapeno and gently mash the berries.

2Overfill a lowball glass with crushed ice. Pour in gin and then top with berry mash, allowing the dark color to streak the drink as it creeps into the crushed ice and gin. Serve with a straw. Makes 1 cocktail.
