Hope that this is enjoyed by all. A recipe I found eons ago & rediscovered. Really must try this one as I love berries & I do have a sweet tooth or two.

Ingredients For italian fruit liqueur

  • 2 c
    water
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3 pkg
    mixed frozen berries
  • 3 c
    vodka

How To Make italian fruit liqueur

    Heat Water & Sugar over medium-heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour into a 2 quart container.

    Add the Berries, & the Vodka. Stir gently & cover with a tightly covered lid.

    Let stand in a cool, dark place for 2 to 4 weeks. Strain through several layers of cheesecloth. If not yet clear, pour again through a coffee filter. Seal tightly in a clean bottle & store.
