Ingredients For hot peaches 'n cream

1/2 cmascarpone cheese

1 tspcinnamon, ground

4 lgpeaches
-
1/2 criesling or port wine

2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

2 Tbspraw sugar
How To Make hot peaches 'n cream

1In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone & cinnamon; mix to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2Preheat broiler.

3Halve the peaches; lightly score cut sides of each peach.

4In a medium ovenproof saucepan over medium heat, combine wine & butter; cook, stirring, until butter melts & it begins to simmer. Add peaches, cut side up & cook until the bottom begins to soften, 4 minutes. Sprinkle each peach with sugar & transfer to oven; broil until peaches brown in spots, 3 minutes. Let cook slightly.

5Divide peaches amoung 4 plates & drizzle with wine syrup. Dollop mascarpone mixture either on side or on top of each peach & enjoy!
