Even though it's cold out....this sounds like it can't wait for summer! Simular to a Whiskey Sour but kicked up a notch!

HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP:
1/2 c

honey
1/2 c

water
HONEY WHISKEY LEMONADE:
1/4 c

lemonade, homemade, powdered mix or store bought,
1 shot

whiskey
1/4 c

7-up
GARNISH:
lemon slices

How To Make honey whiskey lemonade

In a small saucepan, bring water & honey to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 15 minutes or until reduced by half. Let cool in refrigerator at least 1 - 2 hours.

Fill a short glass with ice & add one shot of whiskey. Add lemonade, soda & 1 tsp - 1 tbsp of honey simple syrup or more to taste. Add lemon garnish & serve.
