Use this as an after-dinner liquer or in White or Black Russians. As good as, if not better than store bought Tia Maria or Kahlua

Ingredients

2 1/4 c
sugar
3 Tbsp

1 1/2 c
water
3/4 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
pint of vodka

Step-By-Step

1Combine the sugar and water, stirring to dissolve. Add instant coffee and bring mixture to a boil. Boil steadily for 3 minutes, stirring often.

2Add vanilla, remove from heat and cool for 1 hour. Add the Vodka, stirring well to combine.

3Pour into a glass jar, cover tightly and refrigerate.

It's best to leave this for a couple of days so the flavors blend. Shake well before first use.
