pint spirits (i use brandy)
rounded of very aromatic freshly ground coffee (not the instant variety!)
1.Place the spirits in a bottle or jar and mix in the coffee, which must have been ground just prior to using.
Leave for 2 weeks, shaking the bottle 3 times a week.
Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar, boiling just for a minute.
Cool and add to the bottle. Shake well.
Leave to stand again for 2 or 3 days.
Filter well and bottle.
It is really well worth the work, believe me... it is delicious
