A luscious chocolate martini

pinch tips: How to Chill a Drink in 2 Minutes




1/4 cup freezing chocolate vodka
1/4 cup chocolate liqueur
1/4 cup dark crème de cacao
1 oz. sugar syrup
1 t. bittersweet (dark) chocolate, in shavings

Directions Step-By-Step

Put the vodka, chocolate liqueur, and crème de cacao in a cocktail shaker half filled with crushed ice. Shake well. Add sugar syrup to shaker and gently swirl. Strain mixture into 4 to 8 mini martini glasses. Top each martini with shaved chocolate and serve. Serves 4
