- 1 bottle
- dry riesling
- 1 Tbsp
- fresh lime juice
- 2 1/2 Tbsp
1Reserve 1 cup of the Riesling, cover and place in fridge to chill.
2In a food processor puree cherries with the rest of the Riesling,lime juice, and sugar.
3Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
4When you are ready to serve puree the ice cubes with the reserved Riesling in blinder. Enjoy.
