Reserve 1 cup of the Riesling, cover and place in fridge to chill.
In a food processor puree cherries with the rest of the Riesling,lime juice, and sugar.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
When you are ready to serve puree the ice cubes with the reserved Riesling in blinder. Enjoy.
