- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 oz. lemon vodka
- juice of two large lemons
- 1 cup water, divided
1In a small saucepan, simmer brown sugar and 1/2 cup water on medium-low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then simmer for 2 minutes; set aside to cool.
2divide blueberries between each glass and mash with a wooden spoon.
3In cocktail shaker (Qt. Mason jar with a lid will work) mix sugar-water, vodka, lemon juice, the other 1/2 cup water, and ice. Shake, Shake, Shake. Strain into four ice filled cocktail glasses.
