Ingredients

1/4 c
passion fruit juice or nectar
1 1/2 oz
white, gold, or coconut flavored rum
1 oz
thai style coconut milk
1 oz
blue curaçao
1 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 tsp
superfine sugar
a wedge of lime
an orchid, as garnish

Directions

in a shaker half filled with ice, mix the passion fruit juice, rum, coconut milk, Curaçao, lime juice, and sugar. Shake until very cold.

Pour the drink into an exotic glass or straight into fresh ice if desired, squeeze the lime into the glass and discard, garnish with the orchid and serve at once.
