1 qtfresh blackberries or one 16 ounce package frozen unsweetened blackberries

3/4 csugar

3/4 tspwhole allspice

6whole cloves

2 cbrandy
How To Make blackberry brandy

1In a gallon jar combine blackberries, sugar, and spices. Pour in brandy; cover. Invert jar daily till sugar is dissolved, about 4 days. Place in cool, dark place for a least 1 month. Strain through cheesecloth into bottles; cover. Makes about 2 3/4 cups
