Subtly sweet, spicy and smoky, New Mexico’s green chile provides the bold flavor base for this reposado tequila cocktail from The Secreto Lounge in Santa Fe, with black grapes, lime juice and agave nectar.

Ingredients For agave way (new mexico)

  • 5 black grapes
  • ring of roasted hatch chili
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ oz. of dark agave syrup
  • 3 oz. tequila

How To Make agave way (new mexico)

    Muddle the grapes, chili, lime juice and syrup. Add tequila and ice and shake.

    Pour without straining into double rocks glass.
