Now that I eat Gluten Free where possible; I'm always looking for treats that are healthy and filling. This one fits the bill perfectly! :)

Ingredients

2-ripe
avocados
1/2 c
honey or other liquid sweetener
1/2 c
cocoa powder
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
dash of salt
unswseetened coconut (optional)
toasted nuts (optional)
cut up fruit or berries (optional)
your favourite whipped topping (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2Pour into cups and refrigerate.
3If you prefer your pudding thinner add some milk to it while it's processing. Dress with coconut, nuts, fruit, berries or your favourite whipped topping if you like. Be creative.
4Enjoy!
