Rice Pudding Cuban Style

My whole family and yours will too. It is great to use when there is sickness in the home. Works on my family every single time. Better than chicken soup!

Ingredients

2 c
white rice
2 c
water
2 can(s)
evaporated milk
2 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp
vanilla extract
dash pinch
cinnamon powder
4 Tbsp
sugar or more if necessary

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large pot place the water and rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat after boiling and add all the ingredients on the list. Set temperature on to low and cover pan until the ingredients blend and the rice pudding is fully cooked all the way through. Add a dash of cinnamon to the rice pudding after it is served for color.
