Ingredients

3
eggs
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
raisins (i use golden)
1 1/2 c
cooked white rice
1 1/2 tsp
grated lemon zest
3 1/3 c
milk--i use 2%
1 tsp
grated nutmeg

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350.
2Beat eggs and add next six ingredients--place in a 9 x 12 baking pan and sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
3Place pan in a hot water bath and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until center is set.
4Best served warm with whipped cream.
