Apple Pudding Treats

oleo (butter)

all purpose flour
2 Tbsp
granulated sugar
4 medium
apples-peeled and sliced
2 tsp
2/3 c
granulated sugar
3 oz
pkg. vanilla instant pudding or butterscotch
1 3/4 c

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together oleo, flour and sugar and press into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Peel and slice apples then roll the slices in a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon.
Place apple slices side by side on top of the crust to cover the bottom of the crust.
Bake in a 350^ oven for 45-50 minutes or until apples are tender.
Make pudding using the milk and whisk together until thickened. Let set 3 minutes. Spread on top of apples while warm. Spread top with whipped topping or serve each piece with ice cream if desired.
