These are so good... MAKE SURE TO USED INSTANT PUDDING....Don't know where it originated from but it's all over the web.... I've also used vanilla pudding... I wonder how a key lime pudding mix would be and add Tequila...

1 small pkg. instant choc. pudding
3/4 c. chilled milk
1/4 c. vodka
1/2 c. irish cream
8 oz. extra creamy cool whip

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer... you definitely need to mix this one with a mixer
Add alcohol and mix well
Gently Fold in the coolwhip... don't mix... just fold it... this will help the mix set
pour into individual cups... the small 2-3 oz cups..
Don't use the paper bathroom cups as the paper will become soft
Place cups in the freezer until ready to eat... don't worry they will not freeze... will be pudding consistency

Lime and coconut... oh yeah baby!... can't wait for summer bonfires... we don't have a pool but our neighbors next door do and we are so lucky to have them share with us.. We have so many grandies between us... the kids swim all day and sleep like babies in the eve....we always have a bonfire either at our house or thiers every weekend.. they have a small hottub Mr and I would run in the snow with boots and bathrobes on 3 oclock in the morning to use it.....LOL... now we have our own... 8-10 person jet spa.. we got it really cheap last year from a friend that wanted to sell it...but the pump hose cracked and the heater went out back in january.. so waiting for Friday to get it fixed .. busy working on the deck to finish enclosing the hottub...
