This is Kathy's (my middle sister), favorite pudding to make for the holiday's. I guess it's because her husband loves it and his mother(Margaret) always made it this way.

Ingredients

3 3/4 oz
pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c
milk
16 oz
can fruit cocktail, drained well
16 oz
container thawed whipped topping
16 oz
can chunk pineapple, drained well
1 1/2 c
miniature marshmallows

Step-By-Step

1Mix together the pudding and the milk until blended and starts to thicken. Add whipped topping. Gently fold in fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks and marshmallows..Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
