This is one of my most favorite things to eat, as an adult, and as a child. I remember my mom making it during thanksgiving and christmas..

Ingredients For pistachio pudding

1tub cool whip
-
2 cancrushed pineapples

2 boxpudding, pistachio

1bag colored marshmallows
How To Make pistachio pudding

1In a large bowl, put in the dry pistachio pudding mix

2Add 2 reg. sized cans of crushed pineapples, including the juice.

3stir till well blended, (do not use a mixer)

4Fold in your tub of cool whip.

5add your 1 bag of colored mini marshmallows, and fold until incorporated.

6Refridgerate till ready to eat.
