- milk as called for on pudding mix

1chop off top, peel, and core
chop pineapple into small pieces . I use my food processor for this..
strain pineapple saving juice..... soak the coconut in the juice for about 5 minutes..
2cover a 9x13 with non stick spray.layer with waffers then pineapple and coconut ending with top layer being waffers .
3separate the 4 eggs saving the whites.in a pot put the egg yolks ,milk,and pudding mix and cook according to package pour over the cookies and fruit.set aside while you make a magurine by whipping the egg whites and almond extract and 2 TBS sugar place on top of pudding and place under broiler and cook until golden brown
