Ingredients

12.3 oz
silken tofu
1/3 c
reduced fat peanut butter
1/3 c
confectioners' sugar

Step-By-Step

1Place tofu, peanut butter and sugar in a blender until smooth
2Divide among 4 glasses, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
3Top with marshmallow fluff or fat free whip cream and sprinkle with peanuts or chocolate shavings.
