Overnight Cherry-Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pudding

Ingredients

1/2UC c
greek yogurt, plain, low-fat
1/2 c
low-fat milk
1 1/2 Tbsp
cherry jam
2 tsp
chia seeds (optional)
1/8 Tbsp
vanilla or almond extract
1 Tbsp
mini chocolate chips
1/2 c
rolled oats or oatmeal (not instant)
Tbsp
almonds, slivered or sliced, toasted

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and jam until smooth. Add the Chia seeds, vanilla, chocolate chips and oats and mix until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. To serve, top with toasted almonds.
