Place round baking pan (with hole in the middle) on to stove top pour sugar and stir with wooden spoon until it turns in to golden brown syrup.
Place in blender the condensed milk, milk and eggs let blend for about 3 minutes. Pour this mixture into round baking pan on top of syrup then bake in a water bath. Bake for about a 1 hour or until fork comes out clean. Allow flan to cool off for about 2 hours before unmolding into serving dish, once unmolded refrigerate before serving.
