I absolutely love Holidays, Christmas, Easter, every holiday! As a kid, my fondest memories are that of the wonderful aroma of food that filled our house. I want my kids to have these same memories, the smell of french toast to bring them back to when they were a kid on Easter morning, or Pumpkin pancakes on Halloween, etc., and I want them to share and pass this on to their kids.
This is a recipe I created some years ago, put together at night and it's ready to eat when we wake so we can enjoy the festivities.
A wonderful blend of french toast, & banana oatmeal, with bread pudding texture.
