Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

My family loves it. It is so easy to make a dessert. They are very good and it does melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

2 box
krispy kreme donuts
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
2
eggs, beaten
1 9 oz
box raisins
pinch
of salt
1 or 2 tsp
ground cinnamon
BUTTER RUM SAUCE
1 stick
butter
1 lb
confectioners' sugar
rum to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cube donuts into a large bowl. Pour other ingredients on top of donuts and let soak for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together until donuts have soaked up the liquid as much as possible. Bake for about 1 hour until center has jellied. Top with Butter Rum Sauce.

Melt butter and slowly stir in confectioners' sugar. Add rum and heat until bubbly. Pour over each serving.

    I am assuming you just use glazed donuts or do you use cake???

    Get it from Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and get 2 dozen of them.

    This is an all-time favorite of mine. I try to save it for special occasions cause it is so fattening....but oh, soooooooooo good!! I have made it for church dinners using just a confectioner's sugar glaze. It's also a favorite of company Christmas parties I have catered.
