32 oz
canned pumpkin

eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c
sugar
2 tsp
ginger
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
ground cloves
2 c
evaporated milk
1 stick
butter softened
1
jiffy yellow cake mix
1
carton cool whip

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat Eggs, pumpkin and milk. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients except cake mix. Add to pumpkin misture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.

Mix softened butter with the cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle overp of pumpkin mix.

Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Usually takes whole hour.

Cool and garnish with cool whip.
