- milk, low-fat
- 1 pkg
- jell-o vanilla flavor fat free sugar free instant pudding
- 1 can(s)
- mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c
- baker's angel flake coconut
1In a large bowl pour the milk. Then add in the pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for about 2 min or until well blended. Let tand for about 5 mins.
2Next stir in oranges & coconut. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
3Then refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftover pudding in the refrigerator.
4Special Tip: You may substitute 1/2 cup chopped fresh oranges.
