Rachel's StoryThis was my first try at making pudding shots and they came out sooooo yummy! I used sugar-free ingredients when possible to keep the hangover factor to a minimum
instant chocolate pudding mix (or a large box)
frozen whipped topping, thawed
1Mix cin and chilli powder with pudding mix
2Mix milk and booze til blended
3Mix dry and wet ingredients til well blended
4Gently fold in the first tub of whipped topping til blended, then the second.
5tranfer the fluffy yummyness into a gallon zip-top baggie, or two for better handling
6snip the corner, and pipe into 1 or 2 oz disposible cups with lids
7With all lids in place, toss filled cups into another gallon baggie
8freeze til set, keep chilled

Have you made this with sugar-free pudding mix? What about skim milk?

i did use sugar free mix, and sugar free cool whip, I think i used whole milk, or lactaid 2%, but i'm pretty sure i used whole since i wasnt the only one enjoying them.

I've modified this recipe a few times now, so long as you use 1 cup of booze to 1/2 cup cold milk you can mix and match your favorite flavors. I've made Banana Foster (banana pud, spiced rum, carmel baily's), Pumpkin Pie(Vanilla pud with pumpkin pie spice mixed in, vanilla vodka, dark cream de cocoa), Wiskey Butterscotch (butterscotch pud, American Honey blended wiskey) Let your imagination run wild! Post any good combos you come up with!
