Easy 15 Min Rice Pudding

- 3 c
- milk, divided
- 1 c
- instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/3 c
- raisins (optional)
- 1 pkg
- jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding
1First bring 1 cup of the milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in the rice & raisins, cover the pan, remove from the heat & let stand for about 5 mins.
2In the mean time,prepare the pudding as directed on the package with the remaining 2 cups milk.
3Then add in the rice mixture to the prepared pudding. Then cover the surface of the pudding with plastic wrap. Cool for about 5 mins & stir. Best served warm of chilled.
4Special Tip: You may serve this sprinkled with some ground cinnamon or with some coconut flakes.
