Delicious Whipped Cream Pudding Dessert

I had this dessert at my friends birthday party. Her sister-in-law made it, and was kind enough to share the recipe.

Hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

Ingredients

CRUST

1 c
pecans, chopped
3 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 c
butter
1 c
flour

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

1
8oz pkg. cream cheese
1 c
powdered sugar
1 c
whipped cream, or cool whip

VANILLA PUDDING

1 pkg
vanilla instant pudding (5.1 oz)
3 c
cold milk (use 2 for firmer pudding)

CHOCOLATE PUDDING

1 pkg
chocolate instant pudding (5.1 oz)
3 c
cold milk (use 2 for firmer pudding)

LAST LAYER

2 c
whipped cream, or cool whip
shaved chocolate

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
With a mixer, mix all crust ingredients together, and press on bottom of baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes

Prepare vanilla pudding according to directions on pkg.

Prepare chocolate pudding according to directions on
pkg.

With a mixer, in a medium bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar and the cup of whipped cream. Mix until light and fluffy.

Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Layer chocolate pudding over cream cheese. Layer vanilla pudding over chocolate. Add whipped cream over the vanilla pudding, and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert sets, before serving.
