In a small saucepan over low heat melt 3 1/2 oz of the bakers white chocolate set aside to cool.
With a electric mixer mix the butter till fluffy. slowly add the sugar beating until light and fluffy. Add the cooled white chocolate and vanilla continues to beat till fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time beating on high 1 to 2 minutes between each egg. continue to beat until smooth, fluffy and silky in texture.
place in a serving dish and grate the remaining white chocolate over top
