Ingredients

1/2 c
butter
1/2 c
white sugar

beaten eggs
2 c
fresh cranberries
4 c
bread crumbs
2 tsp
grated orange rind
1/3 c
chopped walnuts
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/3 c
cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter, sugar and salt
Stir in eggs
Add cream stirring constantly

Fold in remaining ingredients

Fold into 8 greased custard cups or
a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish.
Set in pan of warm water.
Bake 1 hour.

Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream.
