Mix the crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 9x9" baking dish ; Bake @ 350° for 12-15 minutes ; let cool completely.
Cream together the cream cheese and the powdered sugar ; Fold in 1/2 cup of the cool whip until well mixed ; Spread over top of the crust. Place in the refrigerator while your making the pudding.
Add the milk to the pudding and mix according to the PKG. instructions ; spread on top of cream cheese mixture ; Top with the remaining cool whip and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with coconut , cherries and nuts.
