Ingredients

1 can(s)
(14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
2 3/4 c
half and half
6 large
eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp
vanilla
1 c
coconut
1 Tbsp
rum (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine eggs and sweetened condensed milk and blend well with a whisk. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour egg mixture into a large, greased baking dish (9x13 will work perfectly). Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and allow to cool, then place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours. Flavor will improve as it chills.
