Bunny Tracks Chocolate Canoli Dip

I love a good canoli dip. So for easter I wanted to make a chocolate one. I got a little creative and played with the easter candy. Thats how the name of the recipe came up. To stick with Easter tradition I served with chrusciki. Otherwise I would break up canoli shells or use cinnamon crisps.
Delish for a brunch anytime of the year. Christmas we'll call it moose tracks ;)

Ingredients

4 oz
Cool Whip
8 oz
ricotta cheese
1/3 c
powdered sugar
1 Tbsp
cocoa powder
1/2 c
chopped easter candy (bunny feet)/or mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Very easy. Combine ricotta powdered sugar and cocoa till well mixed. Fold in chocolate then cool whip.
Serve with cannoli chips, cinnamon chips, fruit and pretzels.
Enjoy!
