Ingredients

3 c
blueberries
1 c
brown sugar
6 Tbsp
butter
1 c
sugar
2/3 c
softened butter
dash vanilla
2
eggs
2 c
heavy cream
1 1/2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
grated orange rind
3/4 c
orange juice
6 Tbsp
grand marnier (optional)

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Simmer blueberries in brown sugar and 6 tablespoons butter.

2Cream sugar, 2/3 cup butter and vanilla. Add eggs and beat.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into creamed sugar and butter mixture. Add orange rind and juice.

3Place blueberry mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish.
Pour batter over berries,
Bake 45 minutes.

Whip cream and add grand marnier and serve as topping.
Serves 10-12
