Banana Toffee Cream Dessert For Two

Due to my SO's job,he goes out of town quite often and sometimes I just don't like to eat alot of leftovers. So, I decided to start looking for recipes for just 1 or 2 servings.Time for chilling is cooking time. And this one was found in the 2003 edition of Taste of Home's " The Best Of Country Cooking ". It was sent in to them by Betty Fergurson of Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
I first posted this to RecipeZaar on October 21st.,2009 and decided to post it here on June 1st.2011

Ingredients

3/4 c
whipping cream, whipped ( orginal called for 1/2 cup)
1/2 c
english toffee bits
1
large banana,sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended.

Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes,and Cover and refrigerate until ready for serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ).
