banana strawberry pudding

This was a quick and easy dessert for after dinner treat..I only had banana instant pudding so I looked in the pantry to see what else I could add to make it not so plain...I found several Duncan Hines frosting Creation flavor powder mixes...and chose the strawberry shortcake one...now here is the results.. It was really good. Can't wait to try other flavors with French vanilla pudding or chocolate or butterscotch.. There are 12 different flavor packets..like bubble gum, chocolate marshmallow, cotton candy, mint chocolate....I can hear the wheels turning now...

Ingredients For banana strawberry pudding

6 ozpkg. banana instant pudding mix

3 ccold milk
-
1 pkgduncan hines strawberry shortcake frosting creations flavor mix

garnish:dollop of whipped topping and strawberry slice,if desired
How To Make banana strawberry pudding

1Pour milk into medium bowl and add the instant pudding. Whisk until thickened about 3-5 minutes, until starting to thicken. Pour 1/2 the pudding into serving dessert bowls.

2In the remaining pudding mixture add the strawberry shortcake packet powder. Whisk until well incorporated. Pour equally over the banana pudding in the dessert bowls. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish if desired.
