I have been looking at lots of recipes and converting them into healthy sugar free or Diabetic recipes and having fun doing it.lots of them can be converted by using things like sugar free pudding sugar free or fat free cool whip and Neufchatel Cheese in place of Cream Cheese just simple thing anyone can do.
