Ingredients

egg whites
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c
pecans, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c
shredded coconut

9-inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream, banana slices, mint, optional garnish

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Stir until well combined.

2Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 38 minutes or until glossy and set. Remove from oven; cool completely on a rack. Once pie is cool, top with whipped cream, banana slices and a sprig of mint, if desired.
