8 oz
cream cheese (soften)
1/3 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
2 tsp
vanilla

1/4 c
sugar
1 c
corn syrup,light
1 1/4 c
pecans, halved

Step-By-Step

1HEAT OVEN 375.
2IN A SMALL BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE ,1/3 CUP SUGAR ,1/4 TEASPOON SALT, 1 TEASPOON VANILLA, 1 EGG. ON LOW SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH, SET ASIDE.
3IN ANOTHER BOWL , BEAT 3 EGGS ON MEDIUM SPEED,ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR ,1 CUP CORN SYRUP,1 TEASPOON VANILLA. UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
4SPREAD CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF CRUST, SPRINKLE WITH PECANS .GENTLY POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER PECANS.
5COVER CRUST EDGE WITH FOIL. BAKE 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE .
6COOL COMPLETELY ABOUT 2 HOURS . STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
