- CRUST:

6 wholereduced fat honey graham crackers

2 Tbspcinnamon, ground

2 Tbspbutter
- FILLING:

1 - 11 oz canfat free sweetened condensed milk

2 x lgeggs
-
1/2 clemon juice
-
1 Tbsplemon zest, grated
- GARNISH:

cool whip free
How To Make weight watchers creamy lemon pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a food processor, add graham crackers & cinnamon, process until fine crumbs. Melt butter in microwave & pour into crumb mixture; mix until combined. Press crumbs into a 9" pie pan. Place in refrigerator to chill.

3Meanwhile make filling, in medium bowl, combine milk & eggs until smooth. Add lemon juice & zest; stir until combined & pour into crust.

4Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely & serve chilled with cool whip free.
