I love this pie crust. No matter how much it is handled/rolled out, it never gets tough. I have even balled it up and put it in the freezer. After thawing, it rolls out just perfectly.

1Sift flour. salt and sugar. Cut in shortening. Combine egg, vinegar, and water. Add to flour mix and mix. I like to roll out between two sheets of saran wrap for ease of moving it onto the pie pan.
