  • CRUST:
  • 1 c
    crushed oreo cookies (about 30 cookies)
  • 1/4 c
    butter,melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • FILLING:
  • 2 pkg
    (8 oz. each) cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    whipped topping
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 2
    eggs,beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 3/4 c
    toffee bits
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/3 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 c
    toffee bits

How To Make toffee blueberry cheese pie

  • 1
    Combine the oreo crumbs,butter and brown sugar;press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

    In a large bowl,beat the cream cheese,whipped topping and almond extract until smooth.Add eggs;beat on low speed just until combined.Stir in blueberries,peanut butter chips and toffee bits into cream cheese mixture.Pour into the crust.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set.Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.Refrigerate for 4 hours.Just before serving,top with peanut butter chips and toffee bits.
